Job description, responsibilities and duties

GBS Finance Analyst - Invoice Registration, will execute finance processes and deliver services and results to the business units (internal clients).

GBS Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
• executing processes efficiently, on-time and with quality
• performing daily activities oriented to service level achievement
• identifying and implementing opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities

Main duties
• Invoice processing and posting based on the specification
• Fast and accurate recording of financial transactions
• Timely and accurate processing of customer requirements
• Cooperation with other Business units in order to achieve the objective, accuracy and company´s targets
• Communication and cooperation with other departments
• Active participation in a monthly closing process
• Problems investigation and problem solving
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation
• Other administrative or clerical duties as part of the job

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Finance / Accounting / Economics / Banking and investment or equivalent

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience and Education Required
• University education with focus on finance / accounting / economics or equivalent coupled with
accounting designation
• Working experience from international company / SSC – nice to have

• Knowledge of Slovak accounting standards
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to learn new subjects related to finance processes operation
• Focus in delivering results, processes and customer satisfaction
• Adequate relationship with internal clients and different levels of the company
• Fluent in English – as a must
• Second language Italian - nice to have
• Excel, PowerPoint
• SAP or Oracle - nice to have
