Job description, responsibilities and duties
GBS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:
- executing processes efficiently, on-time and with quality
- performing daily activities oriented to service level achievement
- acting as a contact person with business units / internal clients
- Produce, validate, and distribute reports
Main duties
- Develop a proficiency in business understanding of data sources
- Work with users to define requirements for new reports
- Work with end users to develop solutions to ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests while utilizing available tools and technologies
- Utilize software such as MS Excel, SAP, SAP Business Objects and Business Intelligence (Qlik Sense) to individually create or aid others in building reporting solutions
- Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management
- Responsible for delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by SSC leadership

• Be an expert on financial processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA)
