Job description, responsibilities and duties
GBS Finance Analyst - Billing will execute finance processes and deliver services and results to the business units (internal clients).
GBS Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
- executing processes efficiently, on-time and with quality
- performing daily activities oriented to service level achievement
- identifying and implementing opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities
Main duties
- Processing of billing process
- Fast and accurate recording of financial transactions
- Timely and accurate processing of customer requirements
- Cooperation with other Business units in order to achieve the objective
- Active participation in a monthly closing process
- Issuing of customers invoices and delivery notes, credit notes
- Issuing bill of lading, letter of credits
- Support for custom clearance services
- Problems investigation and problem solving
- Other administrative or clerical duties as part of the job

• Adequate relationship with internal clients and different levels of the company
• Fluent in English – as a must
