Job description, responsibilities and duties

GBS Logistics Analyst will be responsible for:
- this position is responsible for executing logistics processes, ensuring accuracy and quality and delivering services results to the business units (internal clients), and for working cross-functionally with Logistics and Sales areas.
- delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by GBS leadership
- ensure compliance with service level agreed regarding availability of resources through the registration, execution and conclusion of tickets
- responsible for executing processes efficiently, on-time and with quality
- manage input and routine updates of Order Management (e.g. Customer and order registration) into SAP
- perform analysis on customer data
- contribute to the support of general activities regarding logistic, procurement and finance areas to meet the levels of agreed services
- ensure that the invoice registration process is performed, as the defined standards requires
- responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities
- clarify Order Management questions in order to ensure the idealization of
projects within expected quality and timing standards

Challenges:
- understand local aspects and specificities of order management processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA)
- make sure to perform that the Logistics processes according to desired service levels and quality
- understand and respect different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA) developing a good relationship and cooperative environment
