Job description, responsibilities and duties

GBS Reporting Specialist:
- Produce, validate, and distribute financial and HR reporting
- Develop a proficiency in business understanding of data sources
- Work with users to define requirements for new reporting
- Utilize software such as SAP, SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence to individually create or aid others in building reporting solutions
- Work with end users to develop solutions to ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests while utilizing available tools and technologies
- Assist the project team in all aspects of reporting, ensuring effective management of the project
- Prepare financial monthly reports for Senior Management.
- Manage Financial and HR Reporting

Personality requirements and skills

Experience and Education Required
- Business-related studies with majors in controlling, finance or similar subjects
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Working experience from international company or SSC is an advantage
- Experience in Controlling / Reporting with affinity to technical solutions in reporting
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excel on an advanced level including Macro, VBA at least basic level
- Experience with reporting tools such as BusinessObjects (SAP BW) is an advantage
- Active level of English (written; spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detailed and results oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Quick learner and be interested in continuous self-improvement, must be willing to develop
and grow with the company and have the desire
- Delivering clear results and meeting deadlines
