Provide SAP user helpdesk support
Maintain SAP user authorizations
Work with key user to establish a detailed solution specification, test conditions and test plans
Test sample data-sets to check that output from a solution works as intended.
Write technical specification and user manual as necessary
Troubleshoot SAP problems and correcting a solution as necessary
Adapt a solution to new requirements, as necessary
Evaluate and increase a solution’s effectiveness
Follow IT Change Request procedures when implementing changes
Provide training and user supports as required
Provide expertise and day-to-day support of SAP ERP Solution
Proactively communicate and collaborate with the other team members and key users
to analyze requests from the user community and provide solutions that support the
company objectives
