Job description, responsibilities and duties

Order Entry, plan delivery dates to match the shipping plan, perform price controls and incoterms control on sales orders, send order confirmation to customers after obtaining a delivery date from plan, follow up / coordinate delivery details with manufacterer / warehouse in hub (ensure on time delivery), report delays to the customer, coordinate all shipping documents for given shipment, provide general customer service for all issues related to customer orders, provide general customer service for claims.
