Job description, responsibilities and duties
- You control and track the product changes for the wiring harnesses from start to implementation
- You coordinate the changes in collaboration with the project team, taking into account the schedule
- You clarify the time and timing of deployment in the vehicle construction lot with the project team involved
- You will also be responsible for timely escalation to the project manager if the timing is delayed
- You will also be responsible for change management reporting and the required KPIs
- You will oversee the change management process throughout the entire development and series production process

Personality requirements and skills
- You have a technical degree such as electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or wiring system development; alternatively, you have further training as a master craftsman / technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- Cars are your passion and you are also interested in the technical background and technical development
- The common MS Office programmes and communication in English are no problem for you
- You are willing to travel occasionally on business trips
- Openness, flexibility, assertiveness and good ideas round off your profile
