Elastorsa Group, an European leader in the manufacture of rubber compounds, is looking for a SALES MANAGER.

Location : Martin - Slovakia.

Key functions and responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Use CRM and Power BI data to analyze and determine portfolio priorities, proactively plan customer-facing activities.
• Use CRM to record and document sales activity in accordance with internal procedures and ensure the highest quality of information.
• Collaborate with the wider organization (planning, finance, operations, etc.,...) to best serve, develop and retain the customer.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adopt new products, applications and services and bring them to new and existing customers.
• Stay up to date on industry developments, regulations and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Experience

• B2B sales experience (at least 5 years), account management and business development.
• Concrete experience in technical, high-value and consultative sales.
• Experience in team and multi-location sales.

Requirements

1. Strong B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, use of CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
2. Willingness to travel to customers in assigned area (domestic and foreign).
3. Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, consistently delivering results.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results
6. University degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
7. English and German level B2. Hungarian B1 highly valued.

Remuneration

• Fixed monthly salary (1 900 EUR bruto + very ATTRACTIVE Annual Bonus depending on results.)
