Base gross monthly salary from 1000 Euro and above, depending on experience. Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- first point of contact for international partners and support for local and global teams on daily basis, including escalations
- preparation of invoicing
- management of Partners application and processes
- processing of client´s requirements
- cooperation on, or processing of audits based on the specific requirements
- processing of additional work orders
- measurement of delivered value to ensure effectiveness through monitoring monthly SLA and KPIs and support with RCA analysis
- training of the processes for local teams
- consultations on payroll and personnel legislation and the processes in delivery
- translation of legislative documentation related to payroll outsoucing
- methodical support of local payroll team
- customer care
- administration of all the above mentioned

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

- fluency in English and Slovak
- bachelor´s degree (not conditional)
- good communication skills (both written and spoken)
- experienced legislation in HR area and payroll knowledge
- ability to take initiative in different projects and under changing work environment
- outgoing, flexible and good team member
- ability to Multi-task and manage multiple work streams across multiple teams.
- reliable and precise
- ability to work individualy and prioritize
- driving licence B (not conditional))
