Job description, responsibilities and duties

Efma, the global retail banking and insurance association, seeks a Marketing Campaign Manager to drive the planning and execution of marketing campaigns – be they exclusive or in collaborations with our partners. The role involves collaborating with our teams and partners in all stages of marketing campaigns – including managing the overall campaign calendar for Efma, devising marketing communications plans, execution and development of the campaigns strategy, end to end delivery of campaigns, measurement, and analytics to improve performance. The ideal candidate will be creatively minded, have sound communication and copywriting skills, basic graphic design skills, and experience in social media marketing. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Main tasks and duties:

• Contributing to the development of the Efma brand and the annual marketing plan.
• Collaborating with Efma Teams (such as Content and Distribution) and Efma Partners to develop briefs for campaigns.
• Based on insights and information gained, developing impactful and innovative marketing plans for Efma Services, Events and Awards including KPI setting
• Ensuring partners and Efma senior management approve the marketing campaign plan.
• Managing and executing marketing campaigns that create visibility, engagement, and generate leads. This includes:
• Supporting events, awards and services with campaign management that can include database segmentation, digital marketing plans for launches and events, landing page development, campaign calendar
• Developing the messaging and storylines for events, webinars, and other occasions
• Ensuring each campaign is well planned and delivered on time
• Putting together creative campaigns, initiatives and content to engage with members, prospects and the industry through digital marketing and social media
• Analysing campaigns and recommending how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements
• In addition, responsibility for Efma social media marketing, developing an ongoing scheduling plan with relevant content in line with marketing strategy. Track and optimize to continuous improvement.
