Formed in 2018, EDYN is supported by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the International Republican Institute (IRI) with funding from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The network currently has over 550 members and is managed with support from the EDYN Leadership Council, elected from the network’s membership.
