Join our dynamic recruitment agency as we partner with a high-tech, rapidly expanding company. Our client boasts a vibrant workforce of over 500 employees primarily located in Central Europe. We are dedicated to supporting their growth by finding top-tier talent that propels their mission forward.

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team on a three-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in scaling our client’s IT department, ensuring they attract and retain the best talent in the technology sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently and effectively fill IT roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for the organization.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the specific qualifications required for their roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
Must-haves:
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience (Medior)
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems.
Location:
  • Slovakia (ideally Bratislava)
  • Czechia (ideally Brno)
