Would you like to join a fast-growing company with 100% YoY growth and assist the CEO manage different aspects of the business?
The CEO, Michal Juhas, is an international Tech Recruitment Expert who is managing three companies in the portfolio:
1. Tech Recruitment Academy - online training programs
2. Global Talents Hub - recruiting agency
3. Recruit Instantly - software platform
We are fortunate to work with high-tech startups from the US and European government institutions so you'll speak English most of the day.
You'll work with colleagues from several European countries (CEE and Balkan) as well as with external partners from Asian countries so you'll gain priceless cross-cultural experience.
The shareholders and investors need frequent performance updates and you'll be the one who'll prepare KPI reports... which means you'll have a great overview of the business' performance!
Thousands of recruiters purchase our digital products online and you'll help to onboard our selected VIP customers. This will boost you with energy because these customers are very enthusiastic and passionate.
Our colleagues use modern technologies, all documents are stored in the cloud, and we communicate online on Slack and Zoom... so you need to be tech-savvy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Daily CEO priorities catch-up
2. Check with all team members their KPIs and Prepare management reports
3. Arrange payments to 3rd parties
4. Onboard new VIP customers
5. Follow up with business partners and schedule appointments
6. Reach out to influencers and book the CEO for interviews
7. Execute an ad-hoc list of urgent tasks
8. Coordinate content production (creation and distribution)
9. Do errands occasionally
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 4-5 (ideally 10+) years of professional work experience
2. Experience working in a fresh, modern company or a startup
3. Fluent in English with great grammar skills (C1+ level)
4. Tech-savvy (you use keyboard shortcuts, browser tabs, bookmarks, Google Docs, spreadsheets, etc.)
5. Fast typing speed
7. Able to pick up a phone and call (sounds simple but lots of people avoid it these days)
8. Based in Bratislava, Slovakia (or within driving distance for frequent meetings)
