Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Expert Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and implement QA processes, conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Framework
- Develop, implement, and maintain the annual data quality framework.
- Organize and chair events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with contributors to improve data quality across the organization.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on data quality KPIs and progress against established standards.
- Portal UAT Framework
- Develop and implement a structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for the portal.
- Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting in collaboration with business users and technical teams.
- Service Catalogue & Process Descriptions
- Establish and maintain a clear Service Catalogue for the portal team.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 9 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in data management, portals, or enterprise systems;
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Processes:
- Implement, operate, and maintain QA processes within the portal team;
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet defined standards and business requirements;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and best practices;
- Promote a culture of quality through continuous improvement initiatives;
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools;
- Experience with UAT planning and execution;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
