Job description, responsibilities and duties
The engineering manager will be responsible for team building of the department and detailing the department's work responsibilities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the department, formulating department plans, goals and implementing them;
- Responsible for leading the organization of equipment evaluation, procurement, installation, acceptance, use, maintenance, storage, and scrapping;
- Organize the preparation, review and approval of product guidance confirmation letters, process testing, equipment and energy configuration, quality management and other plans;
- Assist the quality department to review and analyze major technical quality issues and quality accidents;
- Responsible for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, process improvement, efficiency improvement, and improvement of lean production-related activities;
- Responsible for the training, assessment and daily work management of department personnel;
- Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and supervision of the department's ISO-TS16949 and ISO14000 documents;
- Identification and implementation of new technologies in the business and continuous improvement of processes;
- Provide guidance during the design and planning stages of new production lines;
- After SOP, be responsible for improving existing production lines by expanding standardization work;
- Responsible for time studies, layout and process planning and improvements;
- Provide leadership and develop industrial engineering and team building.

- Experience in a manufacturing enineering manager position
- Previous exposure to electrical and electronic products
- Received systematic training in professional knowledge such as mechanical principles and mechanical drawing;
- Be proficient in industry technology, processes, equipment and product performance, and be able to use relevant technical knowledge and skills to solve various technical and technological problems in the production process;
- Strong drive, determination and people management skills with the ability to lead from the front and get the best out of your team;
- Familiar with timing tests, production line balancing, material handling, automation, error proofing, ergonomics, PFMEA, project planning and implementation;
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- High level of creativity and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics;
