Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a greenfield project in Prešov. If you are willing to be a part of a new project and you have experience in automotive industry with interior trim process don't hesitate to send us your CV.
Key responsibilities on this position will be:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues related to product quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
