Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced Launch Manager or Launch Engineer for a greenfield project in Prešov. If you are willing to be a part of a new project and you have experience in automotive industry with interior trim process don't hesitate to send us your CV.
Your job duties will be:
- Leading, directing and managing staff involved in production start-up and ensuring agreed targets being met
- Ensure project objectives, customer requirements being met in the right quality, time and profitability
- Operationally manage the project launch
- Lead the project team, not only at plant level
- Plan and execute project tasks to meet quality objectives
- Ensure achievement of project key performance indicators
- Ensure the use of LEAN practices
- Check design through 3d math data and drawings
