Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client is looking for a Line Manager responsible for securing the smooth run of the paint lines of the company. This role will directly report to the Production Manager.
Your main duties will be:
* Taking full operational responsibility for several departments
* Closely cooperate with shift leaders and staff
* Leading foremen and production workers, oversee work efficiency
* Supervise key performance indicators including safety, quality and performance
* Create production reports and instructions
* Solve problems in production independently and promptly

Personality requirements and skills
* At least 3 years of experience working as a Line Manager in production, preferably in automotive field
* English and Slovak language on communicative level
* Knowledge of painting lines and processes
* 8D reports, 5 why´s, project management and IATF 16949 on advanced level
* Responsibility, independence in decision making and coaching skills are a must have for this role
