We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a strong, predictable pipeline of qualified leads. Your main focus will be LinkedIn outreach and email automation—working smart with the right tools, data, and messaging to reach the right audience at the right time.
What you’ll do:Develop and execute lead generation strategies with a focus on LinkedIn outreach and automation tools.
Build and manage prospect lists based on target industries, decision-makers, and company profiles.
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Expandi, Phantombuster, or similar platforms to drive engagement at scale.
Set up, test, and optimize multi-step LinkedIn campaigns.
Use email automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead) to create high-performing cold outreach sequences.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve response and conversion rates.
Work closely with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy.
Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean data flow between marketing and sales.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach automation tools.
Strong understanding of email marketing and cold outreach automation.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Notion, Pipedrive, or equivalent).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Data-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment, iterate, and optimize.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
