SALES ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant is responsible providing support to her/his superior and his/her team colleagues. She/he ensures an optimum implementation of company policies & procedures, and continuous improvement of work processes in her/his area as well as optimum communication with internal/external customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Helps to build contacts with peers, internal customers and colleagues in neighboring departments

· Supports superior on on-going projects and innovation teams to further develop and improve work processes in field of responsibility

· Optimizes administrative processes continuously and improves efficiency

· Ensures consistent application of all relevant policies and procedures

· Ensures clear and timely communication to all internal and external interfaces

· Processes all necessary administration and documentation in her/his area of responsibility

· Prepares all information material needed to support the superior/team in the organizational unit such as f.e. sales reports, invoices and costs

WE EXPECT:

· Batchelor degree in Economics or equivalent

· Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

· Advance knowledge of English and Slovak language

· At least 2-3 years experience from similar role

· Assertive and independent personality

· Ability to work under pressure
