Hygiene Manager

We are looking for Hygiene manager to join and support our hygiene team members to improve Health and Safety regulations within the Good Manufacturing practices, implementing strict HACCP standards in sushi production plant, controlling compliance with hygiene principles and continuous training of personnel, daily activities can include identifying potential areas of risk in packed sushi products.

A Hygiene manager performs the following tasks:

- To ensure all aspects of the hygiene service are carried out and maintained to the required standard
- To provide training and awareness for all hygiene and waste handling staff in all procedures relevant to their role
- To maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules for every hygiene activity that meet the requirements of the BRC food safety standard
- To be responsible for the effective delivery of the laundry service - to ensure every employee gets the working clothes, protective equipment, lockers
- To implement, monitor and develop HACCP processes
- To cooperate with management and production team in compliance with quality standards
- Supply Chain Management - to communicate with suppliers

Working time:
- 2shifts rotation (nigh&day) - 38,75 hours per week
