Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a colleague who will support our existing admin team in Bratislava office. We require active English or German language skills and knowledge of MS Office at high level.

Office Manager will perform the following tasks:
• Providing support to Finance, Purchase & HR department
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Setting up internal processes and measuring its efficiency
• Preparing reports and data analysis for the management of the organization
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
