Finance & Controlling Manager (m/w/d)

Your future tasks...

- You will take the lead over a team of three people
- You will be responsible for the monthly closing and reporting, budgeting, as well as the preparation of the annual financial statements and act as a central information hub for external partners
- Creation of business cases as well as monitoring and reporting, plus participation in international projects
- You proactively drive optimization and take responsibility for projects, thus ensuring ongoing development.

- Have a degree in business administration (university/technical college) or a comparable education, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in controlling and/or finance.
- With your hands-on mentality you are not afraid to actively and operationally design processes yourself
- You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers as well as strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
- You have good German and English skills and excellent Excel and ERP experience and are familiar with Power-BI
