Job description, responsibilities and duties

You actively contribute to the business development of a dedicated region by reaching Budget assigned and keeping the level of commission on a stable level
You plan external meetings with existing customers and prospects
You Compile and analyze sales figures to build up reporting for your Management
You work autonomously to deal with Key Accounts and key Prospects
You Increase business opportunities for Easytrip through various routes to market
You Keep up to date with products and competitors
You develop and propose improvements in technical processes, while ensuring the process is aligned & compliant with the group strategy/governance

The position’s holder is responsible towards compliance with the three Codes of Ethics, Integrity and Human Resources Management Code, internal rules,credit risk and all local regulations and Health & Safety rules that apply to the business units activities.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills: extensive knowledge and network in regional transport, mobility and logistic industries
Experience in the B2B market, business developing
A minimum of 2 to 5 years' proven experience in a B2B sales would be appreciated

Good communication and good relationship (both with colleagues of other depts., local offices, and customers)
Good planning and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
Work precisely and quickly under pressure
Be able to determine priorities

The position is be based at Bratislava. Other locations in Slovakia which is strategic for our business coulb be possible.
