SAP HCM Consultant

You will:
• provide SAP HCM domain support and consultancy
• understand and keep incident, problem and change management processes
• keep Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and minimize the amount of unplanned downtime
• analyze customer’s requirements and business processes and provide functional and technical advices for solutions, improvements and optimizations
• participate in complex SAP implementation projects including creation/update of documentation
• test newly added functionalities to avoid errors on productive system
• participate in SAP presales, solution and client interaction activities
• keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs
• communicate directly and closely collaborate with the customer and internal teams
• conduct workshops with client and project teams
• create trainings and instruction materials for key users
• achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

About you:
• University degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experiences in SAP business and technology consulting
• ABAP knowledge, bug fixing, debugging is an advantage
• Knowledge of business processes covered by SAP HCM functional domain
• Experience with Payroll and Time management
• Fluent in English AND Slovak
• Interpersonal skills, Teamwork and Collaboration
• Flexible and able to take challenges and ownership
• Knowledge of ITIL, experience in Service Management are welcome
• Good analytical problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Service and customer-oriented behavior and communication
