ServiceNow Architect

Role definition:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect to be responsible for the following:
• Draft and maintain architecture documentation representing the ServiceNow capabilities that will be integrated with our Modern Workplace UPtime platform. UPtime is our strategic platform for how we represent our services and their content to our customers. This includes dependencies, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
• Participate in our Product Increment (PI) planning as part of our SAFe agile way of working
• Participate in other SAFe Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc
• Work with other Offering / Product Architects to ensure a holistic architecture model is in place to support our overall service strategy and integration across Offerings
• Support the Product Managers and Product Owners in taking business / functional requirements and translating them into technical requirements
• Assist our development scrum teams in the understanding of the requirements against which they are doing development
• Contribute to product roadmaps and development plans working with both our partners and internal teams
• Work with partners to help them understand our requirements of their products so they can plan them into their roadmaps
• Provide support to our Offering Managers and our Sales team in customer facing sessions as part of the Sales process

Role requirements:
• General (12 – 15) years experience required)
• Senior It Service Management (ITSM) Architect with experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow in complex environments
• Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and development
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with other systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators

• Github, Jenkins, Ansible, Azure DevOps, others
• Facility with Microsoft Visio, Archimate, or other modeling tool
• Jira for Scrum Team planning, execution and status
