As a Junior Service Delivery Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operational processes in the EAO/P4S organization with various administrative tasks, in order to ensure seamless end-to-end SAP Basis service for our customers.

Job Description:
As a Junior Service Delivery Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operational processes in the EAO/P4S organization with various administrative tasks, in order to ensure seamless end-to-end SAP Basis service for our customers.
The list of activities may include but is not limited to the following:
- support management team with attendance administration, vacation tracking, team calendar etc.
- lead the SAP Basis office administration in general, update documentation on time
- organize and take meeting minutes in regular staff meetings and other ad-hoc meetings
- conduct ordering and purchasing (in designated ordering system) on behalf of the management team – e.g. hardware, office supplies etc.
- be a single point of contact for facility and capacity-related administration: seat tracking, parking tracking etc.
- oversee administration and regular updates of organization’s forms and tools, e.g. org.charts
- be point of contact for Recognition activities in SAP Basis management team
- support management team and Delivery Leads with various reports related to customers (SAP access, ERM, ESL, etc.)
- create exchange tickets in SM9 and SNOW – cooperate with multiple teams across SAP Basis
- administrative support for audit activities (e.g. weekly logs from HANA and OS, user accesses etc.)
Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (skills like pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.), reporting and statistical tools e.g., Brio, is advantageous
- Ability to solve issues independently, pro-actively, with minimal or no supervision
- Ownership and assertiveness
- Team player, service- and result-oriented
- Professional level of written and spoken English (German or other additional foreign language is an advantage)
- Good command of MS office tools (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience administering MS Teams is an advantage
