SAP Basis Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and leadership (in an advanced role) in a complex mission-critical SAP environment
• Act as a contact for the customer and account for operational and technical topics
• Participate in, or lead and execute (in an advanced role) SAP projects and complex changes, such as new implementations, migrations, upgrades, conversions, maintenance tasks.
• Manage resolution and escalations of SAP incidents
• Operate in line with ITIL processes (incident, change, release, and problem management...)
• Work with other teams to ensure end-to-end SAP Basis support
• Identify automation and lean opportunities

What We Expect?

Our Key Requirements are:
• English language (fluent oral and verbal)
• Administrator knowledge of one of RDBMS: HANA, Oracle, Sybase ASE, MaxDB, MSSQL, MySQL
• Windows server and/or Unix/Linux basic administration skills
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP Services, NAT, DNS, firewalls etc.)
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to learn in diverse environments

These will be considered as an advantage:
• Any hands-on experience in related SAP Basis administration experience, SAP business suite / SAP Solutions
• Advanced experience in managing SAP / DB environment changes and upgrades
• Experience with SAP implementation/migration projects from SAP Basis perspective
• Experience with SAP and DB technical daily operations, SAP and database live-cycle management
• Advanced Performance Tuning and Monitoring
• Strong Windows and Unix/Linux administration skills and experience
• SAP Basis Certified / HANA (or other DB) certified
• Experience with S/4HANA, BW4/HANA, Solution Manager, BO/BOBJ
• Shell scripting capabilities
• German language skills

What we Offer?


There are several SAP Basis positions open, in which we offer salaries ranging from 1400 - 4000 Eur/month brutto, depending on your individual skills and experience. Each skill listed in the ‘advantage’ section shall be decision-making point for your initial position and job grade.

You will be joining one of our top performers – the SAP Basis Service Account Team in Slovakia. We specialize in End-to-End Delivery Services which include incident, change management for the operations as well as project implementation services, migrations, automation, performance analysis, cooperation on solution architecture design, and optimizations. Your future team members are highly experienced professionals with 20+ years of experience engineers, as well as young, motivated professionals ready to give you a helping hand whenever you need it.
