Job description, responsibilities and duties
SAP Diverse or HCM Tower Lead takes over responsibility for the delivery of excellent services towards our platinum Swiss customer managed by Slovak Apps Center.
Role includes the leading of 10-12 SAP consultants and participation in technical discussion with the internal team, consulting, proactive capacity and availability management, as well as the delivery of supported services.
Responsibilities:
• Be the SPOC between the SAP delivery team and the customer/account team for a defined service scope.
• Manage & coordinate the team of 10-12 SAP consultants from the respective area
• Provide & ensure the right team capacity for all assigned SAP modules
• Plan the availability of the whole team considering various aspects
• Manage scope changes and validate the changes for support there-off.
• Manage risk and impact of customer change requests.
• Responsible for achieving the SLA delivery metrics and its reporting for the respective Customer/Account.
• Provide technical guidance to the team members as required.
• Provide and maintain technical documentation, and/or training when appropriate, needed by the delivery teams about the global customer's infrastructure
• Report status, progress, plan, proposals to the Service Management team
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within IT Management preferably in SAP AMS area. Must be a Service and Customer orientated team player. Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization.
Education
Degree or Equivalent Level education
Preferable to have a University Degree or adequate experience from IT industry
Languages
English fluent, verbal & written
German at least on the Intermediate level, fluent German is an advantage
Technical Skills
SAP R/3 or S/4 Technologies – some experience required in the respective area of HCM or Diverse (Solman, Archiving, Security, PI/PO)
Microsoft 365- advanced
SAP Solman as our ITSM tool- nice to have
Other skills
Previous experience with leading of a team is a must.
