Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Workplace Experience Support Specialist will support Workplace Experience Capability team in design, solution, implementation and promotion of Workplace Experience Services, with focus on Use-centric ergonomic experiences provided to the DXC customers.

This role will engage teams across the entire Workplace & Mobility Offering portfolio and support strategic account teams across multiple industry sectors.

The candidate will be a support facilitator capable of collaborating with a global team of technologists, architects, developers and DXC customers. This role will demand the successful candidate to form a collaborative relationship with other team members who are from various domains of expertise and levels. The candidate will be required to handle different administrative and project management tasks in support of the Workplace Experience Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage Workplace Experience capability agenda, tasks, meetings, responsibilities
• Facilitate internal meetings and workshops
• Provide feedback, ideas for improvements on processes, tools and overall Workplace Experience Service
• Process data sets, analyse and provide reports to stakeholders
• Collaborates with management, development teams and clients
• Contribute to proposal responses and business development

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Industrial Design, Communication Design, User Interface Design, Information Design, Cognitive Psychology or a related field
• Conviction in the belief of continuous design progression of products
• Understands the importance of a systematic approach to design as opposed to single instance solutions
• Enjoys advisory and consulting engagements
• Good written and articulation skills
• Fluent business English (intermediate)
• Analytical problem solving, with the ability to apply creative thinking to complex problems
• Good communication skills to communicate with application developers, customers, support personnel and management
• Highly motivated and strong performer who drives opportunities and solution
• General knowledge of in SCRUM and Project Management methodologies such as PMI or Prince is an advantage
