Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
•To understand and keep incident, problem and change management processes
•To document changes and keep documentation updated
•To create instruction materials for key users
•To keep SLAs and minimize the amount of unplanned downtime
•Troubleshooting of SharePoint technical issues (i.e. SharePoint Search, Workflows, custom DMS SharePoint based system) diagnosis, resolutions where possible or dispatching to the relevant higher-level support
•Investigation of SharePoint logs
•Installation of Cumulative Updates
•To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer’s needs
•Direct communication and close collaboration with the customer and internal teams
•To participate on workshops with client and project teams
•To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
Job Requirements
•SharePoint support experience (site creations, permissions, workflows maintenance, webparts setup, etc.)
•Troubleshooting of user issues
•SharePoint advanced administration experience
•SharePoint based DMS system experiences
•PowerShell scripting
•Creating simple JavaScript scripts
•Fluent in English
•Fluent in German
•Interpersonal skills, Team work and Collaboration
•Flexible and able to take challenges and ownership
•Knowledge of ITIL, experience in Service Management are welcome
