SAP Service Manager with German

This is an opportunity for a SAP Service Manager to handle broad range of SAP applications for our Client from the business functionality point of view.

• Lead team of delivery resources grouped into several application towers in order to fulfill contracted SLA
• Manage customer SAP application environment and act as the main operational interface to the customer
• Manage delivery team capacity, skillset and costs in order to fulfill customer expectation defined by the contract
• Provide continuous service improvement, automation and effectivity improvement
• Provide operational reporting for customer and internal review process
• Manage 3rd party engagement within the account
• Lead up-sell initiatives
• Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical SAP environment.
• Ensure supported components are maintained, optimized and used effectively.
• Work with the team to establish implementation plans and execute approved SAP changes, projects and implementations
• Manage/consult on optimal operation, architecture and design of client's environment
• Participate in full cycle development, deployment to go-live
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance of technology standards and solutions
• Participate in regular account review sessions with the customer and account service team
• Field customer requirements and map them into specifications
• Forecast technology requirements based on technical and clients’ needs
• Plan, manage and perform required activities during defined and agreed time window, if needed also during out of office hours
