A Swiss transportation operator aiming at a strategic migration of SAP functional scope to S/4HANA
Nearshore delivery centers being established, Slovakia - a primary location
Vast SAP functional coverage, tremendous number of systems
Our involvement - 3rd line support and enhancements to existing functionality, successive participation on migration
Scope of SAP Logistics, HCM, Finance and CRM

In a possession of an SAP platform with 180 systems, 19000 SAP users + approx 8000 mobile ones, around 60 non-SAP applications.
Scope of delivery is an SAP application development and the SAP application management.
Five years contract.

This is an opportunity for a SAP consultant to handle broad range of SAP applications for our Client from the business functionality point of view.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will find means to meet needs of our Client and make it easy for them to do their business.
• You will be responsible to solve the technical incidents and changes in SAP HR Area the agreed SLA’s and quality standards
• Participate on future SAP HR Projects in all project phases
• Close cooperation with the Key users, Client technical teams, ABAP development team
• Work in a team, coach and help other team members

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’ll need to be/have
• Experience in implementing/supporting SAP HR module or SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR Key User experience with interests to technical knowledge
• Basic understanding of SAP HR processes
• Interest to learn
• Desire to work in a team, still having a reasonable level of self-organization and independence in ownership and judgement
• An open, flexible and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven to learn, to use learned matter to produce and to share with others
• Perseverance, a reasonable level of concentration and resilience despite of obstacles and distraction
• Eye for a detail
• Interest in problem solving and solution improvement
• At least B2 (upper intermediate) in English, both written and spoken
• German language skill at least on understanding level

Even better if you are/have

• Experiences in SAP HR submodules (PA, OM, PD, PT, PY, FI-TV, xSS)
• Experiences in SAP SuccesFactors Solutions (LMS, Performance and Goals Management, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)
• Experience with the work in the SAP application support team
• Any experience in Swiss Payroll welcome
• SAP/ABAP development skills
• Practical experience with SAP modern technologies (Fiori, oData, SAP HANA)
• Experiences in application monitoring
• Experiences in SAP interface technologies (ALE/IDoc, EDI, BAPIs, flat-file interfaces) or SAP – non SAP system interfaces
• Experiences in SAP Authorizations
• Professional certificate related to the relevant domain
• ITIL awareness
• Experience in Agile and Dev/Ops methodologies, e.g. Scrum or SAFe
• Fluent German Language is advantage
