Job Description
• To understand and keep incident, problem and change management processes
• To document changes and keep documentation updated
• To create instruction materials for key users
• To keep SLAs and minimize the amount of unplanned downtime
• Troubleshooting of SharePoint technical issues (i.e. SharePoint Search, Workflows, custom DMS SharePoint based system) diagnosis, resolutions where possible or dispatching to the relevant higher level support
• Investigation of SharePoint logs
• To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer’s needs
• Direct communication and close collaboration with the customer and internal teams
• To participate on workshops with client and project teams
• To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
