Job description, responsibilities and duties
Successful candidate will become part of Slovak delivery team providing software development, at present to a foreign customer of the Company.
Your expertise testing-wise will be grown in multiple directions, in the domain of functional testing in particular.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in testing software solutions.
Stick to project schedule, deliver the scope of work on time, meet the given quality gates.
Collaborate efficiently.

QUALIFICATION
We assume a degree in IT application domain, however being self-taught and competent is considered seriously as well.
Further we expect at least 1 year of hands-on experience testing software solutions.
EXPERIENCE
Following behaviors and attitudes are assumed
• A keen interest in application testing domain
• Adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks present with Agile development approach
• Resilience despite of obstacles
• Communicating using proper vehicles
• Efficient collaboration but self-organization, ownership and independent judgement
• Sence for test strategy, test case design
• Alive in tester's community
Required knowledge
• Functional testing of software components and whole applications
• Design of test cases
• Basic German language skills and ability to become fluent over the time
Optional knowledge
• Automated testing
• Testing of mobile applications
• HPE ALM(QC), UFT, Selenium, Cucumber
• Agile software development approach, e.g. Scrum
• Basic relational database concept and DB, e.g. Oracle, SQL
• Software modelling, using UML
