Job description, responsibilities and duties
- providing customer support in English via phone, email, and chat, offering information about our products and services,
- handling customer requests, entering customer requests and queries,
- building and maintaining customer relationships,
- identifying and solving problems,
- handle the possible issues of co-operating with other departments,
- record customer information within our customer service database,
- carries out the responsibility for order entry, goods availability and return order entry, RMA, pricing,
- develop sales processes and processes relating to online order administration,
- providing support to the Sales Team,
- performing administrative duties (maintaining the CRM system, SAP), full administration work regarding sales, back office.
