Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Review all incoming invoices (invoice correctness and approval check)
• Communicate with supplier in case of questions to the invoices
• Scan and load the invoices in QAD
• Review all open goods receipts with purchasing
Closing tasks:
o Make sure all invoices from the current month are posted
o Inform FC about missing invoices
o Review the Intercompany AP as part of IC matching process
o Reconcile all AP accounts
• Communicate with supplier in case of questions to the invoices
• Scan and load the invoices in QAD
• Review all open goods receipts with purchasing
