Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a team leader to lead a team of 8 customer service representatives. You will be responsible for:
- optimizing the services delivering to customers (from pricing, through sample making, invoicing and claims solving)
- a lot of communication, motivation, argumentation and energy
- maintaining back office services, preparing reports, managing workflow, precisely with numbers, analytics
- interaction with sales managers, internal departments (design, production) and external customers
- for growing our business and satisfaction of the customers.
