For our client, strong automotive brand, we are looking for senior manager.
Responsibility:
- Proactively manage, lead and develop the Dealership through a strong customer and business focus.
- Managing daily operations, maximize customer satisfaction and developing motivated teams in order to achieve financial and businesses performance targets.
- Contributing to profitability and growth through investments and developing business.
- Reports to Managing Director of cluster (3 countries).
- Manages approximately 140 employees in the commercial operations site – which includes sales and services organisation.
Place of work: The main office for dealership Moravia is located in workshop Brno and the services network consists of 6 workshops located in Moravia region.

- Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (B2+) and Czech or Slovak language
- Driver’s license (B, optional C)
