Damage specialist (French+Italian language)

For international leasing company (max 100 employees) we are looking for candidate with fluent Italian and French language.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

Overall
• Ensure client loyalty by supplying a rapid, reliable service
• Contribute in quality of the brand image towards drivers by a professional attitude and a good reactivity in the operations treatment
• Maintain a good professional relationships with insurance companies

Claims management
• Support drivers in the process of accident declaration and the repair process of the damaged vehicle, guaranteeing maximum mobility.
• Evaluate the claim and manage all necessary actions
• Ensure claims management for the interest of both client and company
• Ensure the follow-up of the claims files, including thefts and total losses in order to minimize costs, maximum recovery from reliable 3rd party and optimize mobility of vehicles

Insurance
• Assure that all vehicles put on the road are properly insured
• Provide to client/driver mandatory documents related to valid insurance policy
• Calculate and control insurance premiums invoiced by the insurance company and/or insurance intermediaries
• Be available for internal consultancy and advice on insurance business
