Sales Serial Life Engineer

Defend the profitability and the interests of the production plants through three main axes:
1. Setting up and piloting actions to increase the PRF margins of parts in production and in aftersales (modifications C5-2, MZK, ...) and the customer payments.
2. Monitoring price evolutions related to materials, customer commitments or amortizations.
3. The economic management of industrial projects regarding the site and impacting the PRF (transfers, Customer capacity requests, End of life series ...).

Missions :
1 /Establishment and management of actions to increase the PRF margins of parts in production and aftersales (C5-2, MZK, ...) and customer payments.
Drive the projects in serial life from the M6 milestone (SOP+6 months), being in charge of the relationship with the OEM’s plants and participate in audits, analyze and quote all the serial life evolutions which have an economic impact PRF, Tools, D&D, … with respect of the ISO TS process (C5-2) and according to the objectives fixed, establish the Monozukuri portfolio with the plants and the technical team for all the OEM and do the quotation if these ideas, manage the progress of these ideas, measure the transformation rate as well as the impact in our performance commitment of the year, ensure the payments from the OEM and make reminder if needed. manage the aftersales prices, reports the difficult subjects with an action plan associated and inform the Sales Serial Life Manager if the negotiation goes out of the internally fixed frame.
2/ Track prices’ evolutions regarding the raw material, the OEM commitment and amortizations, check if all the prices’ amendment (Raw material update, productivity, etc.) are in accordance with the lasted negotiations. If not, initiate an action with the OEM and inform his manager, manage the tracking of amortizations, plan the expected end of those amortizations and report every month the advance/late of those payments.
3/ Drive the industrial changement regarding the plant (Transfers, Customer Capacity requests, End of life ...), anticipates the vehicle end of life and consolidate the compensation claims to send to the OEM. analyze OEM request regarding production capacity or transfers (internal or not) with central function in the plan and in the technical center ; build the economic impacts, the investments and inform the Sales Serial Life Manager.
