Sales Engineer

Responsibility for completeness, accuracy and processing the offer within the given deadline. As a part of the Sales team participation with the Sales Manager on technical-commercial meetings with the customer. Close cooperation with internal technical / sales teams.


• overall processing of the offer including tender preparation, coordination and support in negotiations of assigned business opportunities (offers) with the customer, preparation of contract documents, responsibility for completeness and accuracy of the proposed offer
• connection of technical and commercial part of the offer
• assessment and clarification of the tender documentation
• close cooperation with Technical Project Managers, Product Development and Steam Path Calculation & HBDs departments, suppliers together with Procurement department, support to Sales Managers in negotiations with customers, everyday communication with customers working team
• documents preparation and organization of negotiations within the approval process of QG
• responsibility for accuracy and completeness of the tender calculation
• preparation of the takeover protocol and organization of its approval process, cooperation with the Execution department in connection with the “Lessons Learnt Database”


• university Degree in Technology/Power Machinery (preferred) or in Economics
• work experience in power engineering or in sales power equipment 3 years, the ideal applicant has relevant work experience in both fields
• other type of education in the field of Finance is welcomed
• knowledge of power market, power generation or field of power projects
• experience in multinational company in the field of power engineering or supplies for power projects is an advance


• knowledge of trends in power engineering in the world and individual regions, basic technical knowledge of products is an advance
• communication in English verbal and in writing (required level C1), knowledge of other world languages welcomed (Spanish, German, Russian, etc.)
• sense of diligence, reliability and responsibility
• good negotiation and presentation skills
