- prepare new projects to mass production
- prepare first samples and pieces for Development stages and mass production
- cooperate with other departments Production, Maintanance and Quality on daily problems
- analyzing actual month problems, checking critical processes
- reading technical drawings
- establish, adjusting and improving of production process (new and existing)
- testing new molds and extrusion dies
- new machines T/O
