Marketing Manager plays a critical role within Domino’s Pizza Slovakia, so she/he will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plan aligned with the overall business strategy.

Primary Job Functions
- define and conclude marketing strategies in accordance with the company goals
- coordinate strategies, campaigns and promotions
- supervision of LSM (Local Store Marketing), ensuring proper execution of established plans
- social media management
- cooperation with external agencies
- develop and manage budgets for the marketing area, guaranteeing the optimization of the budget
- propose actions & promotions (define prices, volume, etc..)
- comply with the assigned KPIs
- measuring, analyzing & follow up of all the marketing acitivities that are carried out

Responsibilities and duties
- developing and implementing integrated marketing plan
- analyzing marketing and sales trends to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for store and market level business performance
- implementing pricing and promotions to ensure a competitive offer versus competition while maintaining a margin to support profitable operations and continued growth.
- identify opportunities for product improvement and increased store-level profitability
- creating and reviewing all marketing campaigns to understand what drove over/under performance in order to optimize it in the future
