Junior Associate Corporate (advokátsky koncipient)

The Role
We are looking to hire an ambitious junior lawyer with at least one year of legal experience in Slovak corporate law to join our Corporate team in Bratislava. 

Main duties and responsibilities
- offer the whole scope of legal services to our clients with a focus on corporate, commercial, civil and employment law
- draft legal analysis and advice
- draft and review a wide range of legal documents
- perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions
- be involved in contentious matters and court procedures before the civil courts and any other administrative or judicial courts
- be involved in and perform corporate housekeeping
- ensure that a supervising lawyer is at all times adequately informed of matter being dealt with by the junior associate and to assist as required with arrangements for monitoring the progress of the work
