Junior Delivery Manager (with German language)

We are looking for a Junior Delivery Manager with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of business processes to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing projects and working with clients, who is eager to develop their expertise in IT project delivery.

Main requirements: 

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in IT field (Mandatory). 
• Fluent German & English (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in any professional field with a solid understanding of business operations.
• Experience in managing projects, client communication, and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to handle complex business environments.

Desirable requirements

• Experience as a Relationship Manager or Client Success Manager.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management.
• Background in budget management and strategic planning.

Functions

• Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, potential risks, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking.
• Continuously improve project workflows and contribute to process optimization.
