Position Overview

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you are responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. These projects will include application implementations, migrations, upgrades, added functionality and decommissioning. In this role, you will coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by assisting in defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments. Additionally, you will develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process and on-time delivery within budget and resource constraints.

You are responsible for

  • Providing project management support for strategic and cross-functional projects
  • Reporting timely project states, metrics and deployment activities for IT management and project sponsors
  • Managing scope, performs risk assessments, and estimates impacts of changes in resource, scope, or potential conflicts between projects stakeholders
  • Communication with key stakeholders, and internal staff to gain knowledge about existing processes and to understand existing and new requirements
  • Development of project plans, project lifecycle deliverables and associated communications documents using Diebold Nixdorf project standards and methodologies
  • Soliciting formal feedback on the satisfaction and quality of the services delivered
  • Participating and assisting in the preparation of project proposals
  • Providing industry leading technical direction and guidance to the project team to ensure appropriate and cost-effective implementation of approved technologies
  • Ensuring consistency and adherence to standards, processes, and policies for all projects

What we expect from you

  • Extensive project management experience in complex IT application and integration projects
  • Proven understanding of project management methodology, formal Project Management certification is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Enterprise applications and system integrations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PLM)
  • Excellent ability to design and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience working with solutioning, risk assessments, audit, process evaluation, configuration management, incident management, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with good presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to motivate individuals drawn from multiple global locations
  • Fluent communication in English language- B2 level

Starting salary from 2500 EUR gross/month- the final offer depends on proven experience
