Position Overview

As a Senior ITSM Suite Administrator you will work in position using computer-based information systems, software applications and computer hardware with focus on Service and Asset Configuration management. You will design, administer, develop and maintain technology products. You may work with any business, or organization that uses technology, and cooperate directly with internal resources, as well as vendors who are primary providers of the solutions. You are expected to work with minimum guidance and use in-depth knowledge of Service management solutions and basic knowledge of related ITSM Suite technologies, while using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.

Daily responsibilities:

• Administration, operation and development of the ITOM suite of products- the main focus is on UCMDB
• Implementation of the integration of UCMDB to OpsBridge, support and operation of the interface
• Support business requirements for new technology as approved by ITSM leadership
• Solve complex problems while preserving the integrity of the ITSM toolset
• Continual service enhancements, while improving the effectiveness of services and decreasing failures
• Organizing information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data
• Consultations and collaboration with other technical roles, mainly with solution architects, solution owners or service owners
• Point person for ongoing quality for customer specific or project documentation, known error documentation, knowledge base within area of responsibility
• Providing stakeholders, business and associates with information on design and overall solution in clear and understandable manner
• Preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Documenting all system changes and revisions
• Mentoring all junior staff members
• Establishes and revises database by conferring with analysts and programmers to code and retrieve data
• Maintaining strict confidentially within the tools

Required qualification:

• Advanced knowledge of Configuration Management Databases- CMDB and Configuration Management Systems- CMS)
• Proven experience with Service and Asset Configuration management at enterprise scale
• Direct experience with implementation, configuration, development and enhancements of UCMDB, UDI/UD and relevant Discovery and Integration Adapters
• Good Knowledge of Agentless and Agent based discovery, exposure to Agent Deployment
• Experienced in installing, configuring and managing ITSM tools
• Great overview of installation processes for network and compute devices, OS patches and security updates
• Able to follow the ITSM processes for implementation, configuration, development and ehancements
• Able to communicate in English language on a fluent level- B2

Starting salary from 2900 EUR gross/month- the final offer depends on proven experience
