Position Overview

Application administrator for end client and software distribution provides support to our customers from the retail and banking industry. End client and software distribution administrator creates and maintains solutions, improves the qualitative areas and implements innovative solutions to improve delivery of services.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administration of Diebold-Nixdorf proprietary applications – Windows & Linux based
• Delivery of complex nonstandard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)
• Performing the support and consultancy with L3 colleagues, architects, project managers
• Handling of corporate processes and requirements in Incident, problem, change, release and configuration management
• Updating project´ and technical documentation
• Responsible for the implementation of continual service improvement
• Consulting and collaboration with other technical roles and senior colleagues
• Mentoring of colleagues within the team

Qualification requirements:

• Professional experience with remote installation, administration and troubleshooting of Windows systems
• Experienced in scripting- PowerShell (or Bash)
• Great overview of network
• Understanding of Linux based OS
• Fluent communication in English- B2
• Knowledge of ITIL processes

Starting salary from 1600 EUR gross/month- the final offer depends on proven experience
